How do I rent a facility?
Call the Community Centre at 336-1209 or drop by to enquire about availability.  Complete a rental request form and pay the non-refundable booking deposit required to confirm your booking.

How much does it cost to rent the facilities?
Fees vary by facility and type of function.  See facility rental rates.

When do I pay for my rental?
The balance of your rental is due prior to the function.  Access to the facility will not be permitted until the balance has been paid in full.

What is included in my rental?
Tables, chairs, set up and clean up after the event.

When can I have access to decorate?
You can access the facility the day of your booking.  Should you require access the day before your rental there is a special early set up rate, which is subject to availability of the facility.
